Mane is showcasing its expertise in creating authentic snack seasonings using inhouse technologies and sustainable solutions at Snackex – being held in Barcelona, Spain, on June 27 and 28.
The company is highlighting its new range of authentic and natural Indian style seasonings created from sustainably sourced ingredients from its spice experts in India.
The range was inspired by a recent food and spice tour of India by a team from Mane, comprising one of the company’s chefs and one of its snack flavourists. The team travelled the country extensively to experience the varied cuisine and tastes of the different regions.
Both the chef and snack flavorist will be available to share their food tour stories.
As well as the exotic tastes of India, visitors will be able to try the ontrend snack flavour of ‘eggs’ combined with other popular foods such as bacon and beans in a snack seasoning.
Both of the new seasoning ranges use Mane’s Sense Capture portfolio, which provides concrete remedies to sensory challenges such as achieving a natural umami taste and reducing salt, helping to meet today’s stringent regulatory requirements.
With products sold in more than 60 countries worldwide, Mane – formed in 1871 – is a family owned and run flavour house that today sells its products in more than 60 countries worldwide.
It has built its growth and reputation on technological innovation, particularly in the areas of natural extraction, encapsulation and flavouring solutions for complex formulations.
